The Russian Association of leasing companies is a public organization which aims at protecting interests of leasing companies, promoting leasing as an effective financial instrument (or leasing publicity), developing and strengthening of corporate relations. The Association was established in 1994. At present it constitutes more than 150 companies - Members of the Association, which are working in all the key industries around Russia.

Currently, the Association operates in the following areas:

• The Association works at the issues related to the regulatory framework and enforcement in leasing;
• "Rosleasing" conducts regular research of leasing market, as well as its individual segments;
• The Association publishes a corporate magazine "Technologies of leasing and investments";
• "Rosleasing" conducts its own series of conferences and roundtables on issues relevant to leasing;
• "Rosleasing organizes advanced training courses on various topical subjects, such as:

§        The regulatory framework, accounting and taxation of leasing operations;

§        Financial management of a leasing company;

§        Management of marketing and development of the leasing company;

§        Leasing management;

The Association is going to expand its own curriculum.

• "Rosleasing" is a member of the European Federation of National Leasing Associations LEASEUROPE

• The Association is also a member of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

• "Rosleasing" also assists leasing companies in finding and evaluating staff.
